"On-Line" Scheduling of Lessons The CR Summit Riding Club website is designed to receive Member's “Requests” for scheduling lesson times and days. Lesson Scheduling "on-line" is done via our Schedule Requests web-page Sundays and Thursdays by 5pm, one week prior to your desired lesson day and time. Requests made after 5pm Sunday and Thursday evenings, the week that precedes your desired lesson day, cannot be accepted "on-line". The website is designed to permit “requests” for specific lesson days and times via our Calendar page. Your lesson is confirmed only when it appears on the Calendar. Please do not show up for a lesson if your name does not appear on the calendar, as your initial request may 1) be in conflict with another lesson or 2) the instructor may not be available at your requested time or day. It is highly recommended that you check the website calendar to confirm your lesson or activity, prior to departing for your lesson. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling: From time to time it may be necessary for members to cancel or reschedule a lesson for certain special reasons. Due to the nature of our business and the need to coordinate schedules with both instructors and horses, cancelling or rescheduling your lessons must be done with as much “advance notice” as possible. In order to avoid being “charged in-full” for a missed lesson, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. For example, a 10:00 A.M. lesson must be cancelled prior to 10:00 A.M. the previous day. Cancelling and Rescheduling a lesson can be done "On-line" via our Scheduling Requests page, provided it is done at least one week prior to the confirmed lesson day. Requests to Cancel or Reschedule a lesson, that are less than one week prior to a confirmed lesson day, must be called-in to Becky Thayer at 970-291-9302. 24 hour Notice is required for all "Cancellation Requests" left on voice mail. In the event that 24-hour notice is not given and a lesson is missed, the student will be charged for the full lesson fee.
"On-Line" Camp and Clinic Registration & Cancellations: Our web-site is also designed to accomodate Member's "Requests" for Riding Camp Registrations and Clinics via our Schedule Requests web-page. Cancellation of Camp Registration can be done On-line or via facsimile, 30 days prior to the start of a camp session. Enrollment fees paid will be refunded, however, a $50 registration penalty will apply. Cancellations made in less than 30 days and phone-call cancellations will not be accepted, or credited.
