Please do not make a request for days and times that are unavailable per the Calendar.

Step 3: Submit Online Request
At least “one week prior” to your requested schedule day, on Thursdays and Sundays before 5pm.

Step 4: Participation Form & Waiver, If you have not yet completed a CR Summit Riding Club Membership Form & Waiver, one must be completed prior to submitting a schedule request. Please print, complete & send via facsimile or mail below

IMPORTANT

• Please “reference” the Calendar prior to scheduling "Lesson and/or Camp Registration Requests.
• Lesson Requests accepted & confirmed only when made at least "one week" prior to "Requested Lesson Day
• Submitting a Lesson or Camp Request is not a guarantee of a “confirmed” Lesson or Camp Registration.
• Payment for confirmed lessons will be made in accordance with your chosen payment option, as authorized on your completed Participation Form.
• Confirmations for Lessons will be posted on our Calendar, twice weekly by 7pm Sunday & Thursday evenings
